Chef Siska’s family began working in a restaurant, where they met Mr. Dale and Mrs. Joan, two Very kind guests who treated them like family. Recognizing Siska’s potential and dedication, Mr. Dale Enrolled her to culinary education after high school. As she often says, “I didn’t choose cooking; it chose me, and I stuck around.” From those early days, Chef Siska’s love for cooking blossomed. She attended culinary school and honed her skills, inspired by her father’s legacy as a self-taught Chinese food chef. Over the years, Chef Siska has worked in various establishments, gathering diverse experiences and mastering a range of cuisines.
